The fund was established in 2020 by the ASAE Board of Directors, with support from ASAE Past Chairs and ASAE Fellows, in celebration of the life and legacy of John H. Graham IV, FASAE, CAE, a respected leader in the association community.

The scholarship supports participation in ASAE's ReadyMe Program, which includes leadership development training, mentorship opportunities, interactive learning modules, and leadership-focused educational experiences.

4. What is the ReadyMe Program?

ReadyMe is a leadership and skills development program that combines:

Seven interactive online learning modules

One-on-one mentorship opportunities

A Leadership Academy experience

Leadership and emotional intelligence development

Networking with peers and industry leaders

A focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership development

5. Who is eligible to apply?

Applicants must:

Be an association professional.

Currently work for an association, affiliated nonprofit, or related organization.
